We are a group of people who have come together to develop an urban cohousing community. We have acquired a quarter-block lot at the corner of Lincoln Street and 11th Avenue in downtown Eugene, Oregon, where we plan a mixed-use residential and commercial project. Twenty-four units of private housing – ranging from one-bedroom flats to four-bedroom townhouses – and common facilities will be arranged around a beautifully landscaped open-air plaza. Residents will have car and bicycle parking spaces under the three-story building, with visitor parking at the periphery.
