Built between the early 2000s and mid-2010s, the community features single-family homes ranging from ~1,200 to 2,300 sq ft on 5,000–6,500 sq ft lots, with a mix of ranch, two-story, and tri-level styles—most including basements and garages.
The area includes two main sections: Boise Village North (built 2006–2014, no HOA fees, median home price ~$414K) and Boise Village Southwest (built around 2013, median ~$460K). Overall, home prices range from about $397K to $510K, with some updated properties reaching up to $565K.
