Brooke View is a land-lease community established in 1968, with its current redevelopment adding new manufactured homes along the Ridenbaugh Canal. The community has a Boise city address at 421 S. Curtis Road and is planned to reach full occupancy by summer 2030. At least one household member must be 55 or older.
