Right on the shores of Flathead Lake’s Bigfork Bay is the Marina Cay complex consisting of 4 unique residential condo buildings and Marina Cay Estates, the newest addition to the family.  Two of the condo buildings sit right down on the water – The Waterfront Building and the Bay Building, offering studio and up to 2 bedroom units.  Next up the hill is the aptly named Hill Building where you have views of Flathead Lake and generally slightly bigger units.  On streetside, there is the Courtyard Building where there are more “affordable” condos with an inner courtyard.
