Parkview Village - Bridgeport, WV

Charles Pointe has become one of north-central West Virginia's best-known master-planned communities, combining residential neighborhoods with parks, walking trails, recreation, shopping, and dining in one development. Parkview Village forms one of its completed residential sections, consisting of carriage-style duplex homes built by S&A Homes and later Dan Ryan Builders. The community reached full build-out in 2022 with 66 homes completed and sold.

Parkview Village features carriage-style duplex homes ranging from approximately 1,800 to 3,000 square feet, each with an attached garage. The first 42 homes were constructed by S&A Homes, followed by 24 homes from Dan Ryan Builders (now DRB Homes). At the time of completion, homes averaged about $350,000. As a fully built community, homes are available only through resale.
