The Woods - Hedgesville, WV

Thirty-six holes of golf anchor life at The Woods. The 2,000-acre master-planned community includes two championship courses, an 18-hole footgolf course, more than 70 miles of hiking trails, and borders the 22,000-acre Sleepy Creek Wildlife Management Area. Founded in 1976 as a vacation home community, it has grown to include more than 1,080 primary and seasonal residences. Memberships provide access to resort amenities but are separate from HOA ownership.
