Deep in the heart of Steiner Ranch, behind a gated entry, is the new and luxurious Santaluz neighborhood. With some of the best views and most mature trees in the area, finding a new home community with better natural surroundings is sure to be a challenge. Locally loved Highland Homes and Drees Custom Homes started building in Santaluz in 2008, and as of early 2013, there were still new homes available. Santaluz homes sit on large, 90 foot wide home sites, and range in size from 3,000 to over 5,000 square feet, with prices ranging from the high $500s to nearly $900K.
