The development is planned for approximately 3,000 homes across 24 neighborhoods, with Pulte Homes currently selling several housing types and Del Webb expected to introduce a 55+ neighborhood. The master plan combines residential neighborhoods with parks and walking trails, while its location near Lake Mead Parkway provides access to Lake Las Vegas, Lake Mead, and Henderson's broader retail and recreation network.
