St. David's Village - 55+ Community in Scarborough, Ontario

St. David’s Village is a non-profit apartment building for independent seniors 60 years of age and older. Overseen by a Board of Directors made up of volunteers and residents, St. David's is located at 1290 Danforth Road, one block north of Eglinton Avenue East in Scarborough. Your first visit will convince you that this is your apartment building for independant senior living. St. David's is clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Outside the residents can stroll or sit among mature trees and flowers in a park like setting. St. David's has 179 self contained apartments (bachelors, studios and one bedrooms) which all feature a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The main floor of our eight story building features two large community rooms and a games room. The second floor features a laundry room and a small tuck shop. Parking is available on site. Some residents participate fully in all monthly actiivites while others are active in the outside community and simply enjoy having a safe, friendly environment to return home to.
