The Kiwanis Tower was built in 1976 with 13 floors of 145 suites for housing our tenants. We offer 1 bedroom and bachelor suites on each floor. Our bachelor suites are approximately 380 sq. ft.; one bedroom is approximately 580 sq. ft. 1 bedroom is mainly based on double occupancy. Our rates for a bachelor suite are $550 (subsidy available) one bedroom is $636 (no subsidy--BUT lower than other similar suites available in Kelowna.) We have a library on the 13th floor; games room on the second floor, storage lockers in the basement and the common room is on the main floor. There are coin laundries on each floor, also a garbage chute. We have a Social Committee that provides activities to all residents of the building. We have reserved paid parking in the back of the building that has a monthly fee of $25 per parking spot. The Kiwanis Tower is equipped with one large and one small elevator for accessibility to all floors. We offer a "main floor" guest suite for friends, family and the Kelowna Cancer Clinic.
