Clover Living’s 129-suite community combines independent living with supportive living for adults 55 and older. Daily life includes exercise classes, outdoor walks, field trips, gaming, calligraphy, knitting, cooking and education classes. Resident support staff organize wellness, social and recreational programs, while meals include Chinese and Western cuisine. Staff speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Clover Living offers bachelor suites of 360 to 412 square feet and one-bedroom suites of 536 to 550 square feet. Independent-living suites have kitchenettes and all-inclusive utilities; supportive-living suites add services such as weekly housekeeping, bedding laundry and daily meals. Current monthly rates, effective January 1, 2026, start at $1,405 for a bachelor independent-living suite and $2,660 for a bachelor supportive-living suite.
