The Hamlet of Enfield is a condominium complex at the end of Orlando Drive, in Enfield, CT. The complex sits on 23 acres of land and has 102 condominium units. The units are located in 14 separate buildings, each with either 6 or 8 units to a building. The units on the ends of the buildings are single story ranch units with about 1200 square feet of living space on one floor and another 1200 square feet of basement area, which can be finished. Some have walk-out basement. The units in the center part of the buildings are 2 story town houses with about 600 square feet of space on each floor (1200 total). There is a basement with another 600 square feet, again, some have walk-outs and other do not.
