Union is a 62-home townhome neighborhood within Boulevard, a 189-acre master-planned development in Dublin. The community was developed by CalAtlantic, a Lennar company, and its three-story homes were built primarily in 2018–2019. Its strongest practical distinction is the combination of private townhome living with shared Boulevard recreation: a 14,500-square-foot Rec Center with fitness rooms, a game room, clubhouse, kitchens, lounges and pools, plus neighborhood parks. Dublin/Pleasanton BART and the Iron Horse Trail add regional transit and recreation options.

HOMES

Union consists of attached, three-story townhomes with two or three bedrooms and one- or two-car garages. Historical builder materials identify floor plans spanning 1,443 to 2,076 square feet; property records confirm homes at both ends of that range. CalAtlantic Homes, a Lennar company, built the original Union residences, with construction dating primarily to 2018–2019. Union is no longer a new-home sales community; housing is available through resale. Current community-wide pricing is Unverifiable; a Union residence sold for $850,000 in September 2025.
