Apex is a completed 115-home condominium community by Taylor Morrison within Dublin’s Boulevard development. Its defining characteristic is a compact townhome format paired with shared recreation facilities and the 30-acre Don Biddle Community Park. Three-story residences, a community pool and fitness facilities support a mixed-use suburban setting, while proximity to I-580, I-680 and BART adds transportation options. For buyers age 55 and older, the important distinction is that Apex is not a designated age-restricted community.

Apex consists of three-story townhome-style condominiums built by Taylor Morrison. The builder’s published floor plans range from 1,766 to 2,215 square feet and include three or four bedrooms, 2.5 to four bathrooms and two-car garages. Contemporary architecture, open-concept interiors and decks or patios per plan were offered across the collection. The builder has closed the community, so new construction is no longer available. A recent resale record shows a 1,526-square-foot two-bedroom home sold for $850,000 in September 2025.

AMENITIES

Apex’s association amenities include a clubhouse, community pool, fitness center, greenbelt/trail areas and barbecue facilities. The adjacent 30-acre Don Biddle Community Park adds tennis, basketball, bocce, shared pickleball courts, two playgrounds, picnic areas, a community garden and orchard, walkways and a large lawn. The park is a City of Dublin public facility rather than an Apex-only amenity. It opened in September 2022 as part of the broader Boulevard development.

LOCATION & NEARBY ATTRACTIONS

Apex occupies the Grafton Plaza area on Dublin Boulevard just east of Grafton Street, with individual residences addressed on Apex Drive. I-580 and I-680 provide regional road connections, while BART’s West Dublin/Pleasanton and Dublin/Pleasanton stations serve the area. Kaiser Permanente’s Dublin Medical Offices and Cancer Center is at 3100 Dublin Boulevard and provides specialty, imaging, pharmacy and other services. Don Biddle Community Park and the broader Dublin park system add outdoor recreation, while nearby shopping and dining serve the Boulevard area.
