Named plans include Buena Vista, Cadencia, Carrillo, Paseo and Terramar. Historical builder materials describe two-car garages throughout the collection. New-home sales are complete, so buyers today encounter resale inventory rather than builder releases.

AMENITIES

The Ridge shares Robertson Ranch amenities centered on The Oasis recreation facility. Verified features include a large community pool, separate children's pool, spa, cabanas, barbecue and outdoor cooking areas, clubhouse space and playgrounds. The broader development also includes multiple neighborhood parks, walking and hiking trails, greenbelts and protected open space. These facilities are community amenities rather than features of individual Ridge homes. A future Robertson Ranch city park is also planned, but its facilities should not be treated as existing community amenities.

The City of Carlsbad says the future Robertson Ranch Park is still in the planning/permitting process as of 2026, so its planned pickleball courts, community garden, sports field and other features are excluded from the existing-amenities list.

Nearby destinations include Agua Hedionda Lagoon, Carlsbad beaches, The Forum, Carlsbad Premium Outlets, LEGOLAND California, The Flower Fields and area golf courses. Tri-City Medical Center is a nearby hospital serving North County.
