Rosewood is a nonprofit Life Plan Community rather than a conventional 55+ subdivision. HumanGood operates the 11-acre campus with independent-living apartments alongside assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing, allowing residents to remain within one campus as needs change. Current pricing is contract-based rather than home-sale pricing: month-to-month plans start at $3,552, while Life Plan contracts start at $4,415 for one-bedroom apartments and include an entrance fee.
