The three high-rise buildings known as Grandview Towers all have something in common – amazing views! Located on the top of East Vancouver’s Grandview slope, each tower has a spectacular view of the city and the surrounding North Shore mountains, plus spacious, park-like grounds that provide a tranquil escape from the busy city. Grandview Towers includes both affordable Seniors Rental Housing apartments as well as 55 suites with supportive housing services as part of the Seniors Supportive Housing Program offered through BC Housing. The towers have undergone extensive renovations, creating a bright and cheery atmosphere that is great to come home to. Our Seniors Rental Housing suites are available as studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments and even one two-bedroom apartment! Heat and a basic package of TV channels are included in the rent, with cable available at an extra charge. Each tower has a view of either the city or the mountains – and both views are spectacular!
