Butterfield Trail Village is a 62+ Life Plan Community on 44 acres in northeast Fayetteville, combining independent living with assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing on one campus. Founded by five local churches, the nonprofit community opened in 1986 and now serves about 400 residents. Its defining feature is the continuum of care: residents can move between levels of support without leaving the Village. An onsite UAMS internal-medicine clinic adds primary, preventive and urgent care, including services from a geriatrician.
HOMES
Butterfield offers apartments, two-bedroom cottages and Village Homes. Apartments include five floor plans, with published examples ranging from 843 to 1,200 square feet; cottages are 1,040 square feet with two bedrooms and two baths. Village Homes offer four plans from 1,600 to 2,000 square feet, with two or three bedrooms and two baths. Current published entrance fees start at $118,000 for apartments, $305,500 for cottages and $481,500 for Village Homes. These are entrance-fee residences rather than conventional resale properties.
