  • Greenbriar at Whittingham, Monroe, New Jersey – 1,600 ranch style homes and apartments are available at this community starting at $125,000. Located a few miles off the New Jersey Turnpike, this community is a maintenance-free, age restricted community that features a clubhouse, fitness center, arts and crafts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and 24 hour security. A home in this community is a real investment that should not be missed.
