A Few Golf Course Communities to Consider Retiring to

July 8, 2013 • Admin

One day, while chatting with a few of my friends, we got to talking about active adult communities and what we are looking for in them. The majority of my friends were insistent that they would go for the communities that feature golf courses. I don’t have to say that my friends are golf-enthusiasts do I? But, this got me thinking…. Is this the reason many active adult communities feature golf courses? I guess so. So, if you are a golf-enthusiast, like my friends, here are a few communities with golf courses that you really should take a look at.

Concordia, Monroe, New Jersey

This is an age-restricted, 24-hour security community featuring 1,757 single, villa or ranch, style homes and condominiums. This community provides the country-club atmosphere with an 18-hole golf course that goes in and out of the community. Residents at this community can enjoy 24-hours of golfing – if you can – and breathtaking views of the golf course. Homes in this community are extremely low-priced with apartments starting at $75,000 and ranch-style homes starting at $100,000. Golf is not the only past-time at this community. You can also enjoy tennis, swimming, cards, billiards and bocce ball among others.

Sunland Springs Village, Mesa, Arizona

This is another age-restricted, golf course community with 2,890 single-family detached, attached, villas and townhomes. A fabulous 27-hole executive golf course is one of the main attractions of this community. The community also has a clubhouse where you will find your neighbors hanging out doing various other fun things which include shuffleboard, billiards, cards and woodwork etc. Home prices in this community range from $150,000 to $575,000. Wouldn’t you like to be a proud homeowner of this great golf course community?

Sun City Hilton Head, Bluffton, South Carolina

This community has just about everything you need in an active adult community. Fishing, golfing, boating, swimming and tennis are just a few amenities available to you. There are 8,200 single-family detached, villa homes and patio homes to choose from with prices between $150,000 and $1,000,000. You have the choice of doing just about anything you want in this luxury community. So, I am sure you will be able to enjoy your days and nights, living it up, in this community.

Robson Ranch, Denton, Texas

Robson Ranch is a maintenance-free, luxury active adult community with 7,200 single homes priced between $175,000 and $325,000. This is a beautiful community where golf takes precedence over everything else. If you live in this community, you will be able to enjoy your days at the championship golf course perfecting your game and at the same time, taking in the sunshine and surroundings. This is the perfect community to enjoy a country club lifestyle and make use of all the amenities provided for you.
