This is a fairly new community where the construction started in 2000 and ended by 2004. The developer, Mignatti, chose to keep this a small sized exclusive community with 517 residences in single family or condominium style homes. Heritage Creek consist of 402 single-family homes that come with two or more bedrooms, two bathrooms and an attached two-car garage. All floor plans except for one are designed with open living areas and master suite on the first floor for easy access and convenience of the seniors purchasing these homes. An optional second floor with an additional guest room and bathroom combined with a loft are available under The Franklin and Ross floor plan.
Apart from the detached homes, Heritage Creek also carries five condominium buildings with 155 residences. Coming as maintenance-free residences, the condos are equipped with elevators, parking spaces and a clean and secure foyer area. Condo floor plans vary where home buyers can decide on single or double suites. This low maintenance community operates under The Homeowner’s Association which charges its members a membership fee that covers a host of services including lawn care, snow removal, garbage pick-up and common area maintenance.
