Maple Ridge is home to independent adults 55 years and older who share a passion for life. Our senior community came by its name for a very good reason. The landscaping at Maple Ridge showcases several varieties of maple trees, unveiling dazzling colors in the fall. Surrounded by a Christmas tree farm and a protected branch of the Elk Creek flood plain, Maple Ridge residents get a glimpse of mink, turkey, owls, red tail hawk, deer, fox, ducks, and geese, all in their natural habitat. Our majestic 20-foot waterfall is the focal point of Maple Ridge’s landscape. Running year around, it is one of Omaha’s largest falls and home to more than 100 fish and a variety of water lilies. Residents enjoy breathtaking views of the falls from the windows of our dining room.
