Carey Place is an affordable Seniors Rental Housing residence in the heart of Mount View Heights, one block from Uptown Shopping Centre. With views of the Olympic Mountains and a park-like setting, Carey Place is conveniently located near community services and transit. This new Seniors Rental Housing residence offers 55 one-bedroom rental suites with features such as an amenity room, a guest suite, underground parking and more. Carey Place has been developed in partnership with Government of Canada, BC Housing, Capital Regional District and Baptist Housing.

 

Each suite has been interior designed and tastefully finished in a soft neutral colour scheme. With a selection of one-bedroom suite layouts to chose from, each offers high ceilings for an open and spacious feel complemented by large picture windows for bright natural lighting and picturesque views.

 

Each suite comes with an assigned storage locker.
