About Greendale Village
Greendale Village is a planned 33-unit Active Adult Community sprawled over twenty acres of rural land. It is conveniently located with 1 ½ miles of Interstate 91. It is 10 minutes south of Springfield, Massachusetts and 20 minutes north of Hartford, Connecticut. To allow for a very private and secluded setting, the development is set back 500 feet from the road. A meandering road is dotted with single, detached units lining the street.
