Ocean Creek Golf Course (Davis Love III) 18-hole course with a 4½ star Golf Digest rating! Course statistics: 6,629 yds - Par 71, rating 72, slope 132.

Ocean Point Golf Course (George Cobb) 18-hole course with breathtaking beauty has 6 holes bordering the Atlantic! (Stats: 6590 yds, Par 72, rating 72.2; slope 129). Pro shops offer a variety of golf attire & equipment.  Practice facilities are at both courses. The Wee Links program is for children ages 5-12. Experienced PGA pros give instructional programs, lessons & clinics.

TENNIS

A full program is available with Ladies Doubles, Stroke of the Day, Weekly Drills, Men’s League, Adult Clinics, Mixed Doubles, Round-up doubles, and tournaments. Our head Tennis Pro, Troy McMullan is the best! There are 8 fast-dry Har-Tru granular courts & 2 lighted, hard surface courts.

Homeowners Association Dues 2006 = $757/yr. Resort Club Dues 2006 $20,000 one time initiation fee & $2214/yr for Family Social Dues.
