If you have recently listened to the latest reports 50 is the new 30. People are living longer than ever before. This is a time of New Beginnings, a time to be excited about moving forward into the next chapter of your life. The new chapter may include downsizing, buying a vacation home where the weather is warm, becoming a Snowbird and leaving the cold for a few months out of the year, or just finding a way to stay in your current home without being forced to move.
Whatever the dilemma I am here to help you through it. The National Association of Realtors has a Designation that Realtors can obtain, its called a SRES Designation - Senior Real Estate Specialist. It shows that I have had special training and have passed the test to prove my dedication to helping Seniors with a New Beginning.
There are many things that we take for granted as we get older and many times wait until its too late to take care of. Do you have a will? Have you planned your estate? How will selling your home that you\\\'ve owned for 50 years affect your taxes and profit from the sale of your home? What are my options if I do not want to leave my home? Who is the right sales person to assist me with the sale of my current home and the purchase for a new smaller home? What are 55+ communities? Where are the 55+ Active Adult communities? What do they have to offer? Who will be there to help answer and guide me through the process?
I am here and have been there for many other Seniors that have had the same questions and concerns. I have been designated as a SRES-Senior real Estate Specialist and I want to help YOU!
