Cranberry Yacht Club includes the courtyard enclaves of Cranberry Quay, Cranberry Shores and Cranberry Surf, located off Balsam Street in the area of Cranberry Marine and Bear Estate. Each area borders Georgian Bay and Collingwood Harbour, with many units offering direct waterfront views of Georgian Bay. Cranberry Yacht Club was developed from 1998 to 2002 as the flagship of the Cranberry developments.
