"Active Adult 4 Less"

In this edition, we are going deep in our search of Active Adult 4 Less, deep-South that is!  We’ve been able to locate some really great communities with prices that are, without a doubt, exceptional values.

The Village at Deaton Creek is an award winning Georgia community by Del Webb located only 40 miles north of Atlanta and they currently offer a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home starting at just $171,000.  The community is replete with the usual amenities and lifestyle that have made the developer famous for nearly 50 years.  Do you like to golf?  Golfing is available at nearby Hamilton Mill Golf Course, and across the street at Chateau Élan Resort, Winery and Spa.  After an enjoyable round of golf, why not stop for some restoration of the soul at the winery and/or spa?

Trinity Village, located in Powder Springs (Cobb County), Georgia is on 38 acres, and includes acres of green space for walking trails, gardens, and developer’s plans also include a proposed clubhouse and pool.  At completion, there will be only 50 craftsman style single family homes, and 40 ranch condominiums. A two bedroom, two bath home with sunroom (approximately 1,800 square feet) will start at just $164,900! So, what we’ve been discovering is that whatever part of the great US of A  you want to live in - there are affordable options to enjoy the active adult lifestyle for less than you might have ever imagined.
