 The Villas at Lone Tree, Chandler

Project is On Hold Through the End of 2008

The Villas at Lone Tree is planned to be a gated active adult community with 80% of the sales set aside for at least one occupant to be 55+ and 20% of the units planned for at least one occupant being 40 years old or older and no high school age children or younger as full time residents.  The tentative plans are to offer 2 and 3 bedroom units with one and two car garages with square footage ranging in the 1200s to the 1700s.  Nothing is definite at this time and these are only estimates.

At this time there is no public report which may not become available until late summer of early fall of 2007.
